Amazing place with its great amenities like the fitness center, indoor pool, and spa. The staff once helped me find a local taxi, which I appreciate. Definitely coming back for Christmas!

Spotlessly clean hotel, professional and fabulously helpful employees with a helpful receptionist. Quiet room with king size bed and a terrace and balcony. Good restaurant and good meal.

I thoroughly enjoyed being there, the place is peaceful and perfect.
Everything was beautiful, the parking was outside, the room was spotless and heated. Outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly staff that liked their guests. Nearby a bus stop, the location was marvellous and magnificent, to thw soccer stadium. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Balneario la Alameda. The service was AMAZING, including an efficient check-in. The spa lounge was a plus too. This was a really nice city break, I did not want to leave there.

The swimming pool was a nice bonus, but
I wished there were more lounge chairs available. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet, with an excellent location just a short walk to the city center and the Turia gardens. Great gym as well!

Excellent service from the moment we checked in - the girl at check in gave us a map of the city and took the time to show us where some of the local restaurants were and where the main tourist attractions were. The rooms were large and clean and the location was excellent - walking distance to the city centre.

A lovely hotel with beautiful courtyard gardens to sit and relax in with a drink throughout the dayand night. All staff were polite and extremely helpful and efficient. It is within walking distance from the old town but a taxi is easier in the heat.
Some of the bedroom and terrace furniture/equipment needs renewing. Stricter non smoking policies particularly when sitting outside on the terrace for breakfast.

The hotel was very clean, and stylish the staff were very friendly (except the staff in the h Bar). The food was great, the towels and bedding were changed very regulary, we were very impressed.
We only have one complaint to make, the staff in the h Bar seemed very up themselves , we feel they were very ignorant, not a good advertisement for your hotel. We asked questions in English and they made out thay could not understand but obviously they could as a male Client came in whilst we were in the bar and they spoke very good english to him, they left your bar unattended at various times and all together didnt give good service and hospitality, and I can assure you I dont normally complain and to be honest dont usually give feedback to booking .com but felt I had to this time.

I expected better tea and coffee facilities in the room, as they were inadequate for the price paid. The drinks provisions in the spa were poorly arranged. There were too many missing details that could have improved my stay.

This time, my room was in ground floor and overlooks the main street. It was too noisy as windows were not properly sealled.

Consider visiting the local coffee shop nearby for a more affordable breakfast option than the hotel's offering.

The relaxing garden and the restaurants in this garden. The best fresh brad in Valencia.
The shower, which was or hot or cold! The fees are too high.
